Another film where after many years the original was found to be properly digitized instead of the substandard Hi8 transfer I originally had.
Anyway, silent 8mm film of a fan trip on the B&O Parkersburg and Portsmouth Subdivisions from Chillicothe to Portsmouth, Ohio and return. The trip was either sponsored by the NMRA or an area hobby shop. Without the help of some passionate fans keeping the legacy of the Portsmouth Sub alive I'd almost no knowledge of the locations seen in this film. The date is not known either, but judging by the automobiles and new looking sunburst GP30s I'd say no later than 1965. Plus, on December 30th of that year the B&O filed to abandon the line from Byers Junction. to Coalton.
