The BMW R100 build might be taking longer than planned, but the engine is now fully re-built and back in the frame. Most of the restored parts are ready for reassembly including, gearbox, rear shocks, paintwork, final drive, and forks. I’m waiting for some final bits to come back from Cerakote ahead of starting reassembly. Hopefully we’re on the home straight now :)
