With a Sony sensor and a budget price, the cam should theoretically have better low light processing than AR0330 based cams that are commonly available at this price range. Since this camera is brand new to market, it's hard to make any judgement yet, but it does have some initially promising characteristics (license plate readability, H264 Compression) even if the firmware could use some refinement.
A new FW update was just released the same day I uploaded this video, so do note that IQ may have improved this was posted.
