Stage 4 of Blue Wish Resurrection accel mode. To unlock accel mode you have to 1cc the game once. Then accel mode will be selectable if you press up at heaven or down at hell difficulty. Basically it's the same as Original difficulty except bullets accelerate to huge speeds.
I finally got rid of all the input lag in this game. This is the best survival route I found for stage 4. I really like playing this stage but this boss always makes me look like an idiot so I just bombed its hard attacks, even though the bomb at 3:18 wasn't really needed.

The final showdown. Starts up with a 1 on 1 but ends up as quite interesting 1 vs 1 vs 2. Note: You dont have armor anymore after what happened during stage 7.
The stage is a lot trickier than it looks, on the run before I managed to die 6 or 5 times on this stage and game overed.
