In 2023 the IMO agreed a revised strategy to decarbonise shipping by 2050, with some key milestones on the way. The tools to achieve this strategy target will have been all but signed off just before Nor-Shipping ahead of coming into force. The purpose of this Blue Talk is to dissect what has been decided and to offer thoughts on how quickly shipowners need to react.
