There is something powerful about returning to a single tone.
A steady vibration beneath everything else.
Blue Resonance was created with a continuous drone and my new Lapis Lazuli crystal singing bowl, allowing the voice and bowl to meet within one spacious field of sound.
The drone becomes an anchor—steady, constant, grounding—while the resonance of the bowl and voice creates space to soften, open, and simply listen.
There is nothing to figure out here.
Just sound.
Breath.
Vibration.
Presence.
Sometimes we don’t need more stimulation or more information. We simply need somewhere for the mind to become quiet enough that we can hear ourselves again.
As you listen, allow the sound to wash through you.
Feel the vibration in your body.
Notice the spaces between the tones.
