Hello friends !
I decided to make an extra video for you this week, since we are facing a rather controversial day tomorrow : the third Monday of January, also known as Blue Monday.
The Internet will most likely remind you all day long of the many reasons why this is the most depressing day of the year.
So I decided to give you an alternative, and I'm showing you a few of my tricks and rituals to have a joyful Monday, even if you live in a grey city and have to go into the office.
You have time to prepare until tomorrow, but most importantly : you have time to DECIDE what kind of a Monday you want to have !
