This sweet, loving dog was kept outside 24/7 on an absurd, heavy chain. PETA fieldworkers convinced his owner to let us replace this cruel piece of hardware with a lightweight tie-out, and we will continue to advocate for Blue to live inside or be given the opportunity to find a better home.
