Sure, some players are yapping about ‘S. Mikong will replace Nozomi as a Single Target DPS and completely outperform her.’ I would say yes, that may be correct at this rate, but we can’t be entirely sure if Nozomi will be completely dethroned from her DPS role by S. Mikong. That leaves Hikari as the only Highlander hope. So if you are planning to get Hikari, consider trying for Nozomi as well perhaps there will be content for them sooner or later. Who knows, just to be safe it may be good to have them for now or else might regret
if you to poor to get them, then don't and start to focus on Fest banner instead
