Two comics, one from 2012 and one from 2020, by Australian writer-artist Pat Grant are the subjects of my latest spotlight overview. Speculative fiction that feels raw and polished at the same time, these are wonderful comics that I would recommend to almost anyone interested in stories that stay with you for ages.
Apart from a semi-detailed look at both Blue and The Grot, I also get into a bit of autobiography (surprise!) on the different ways I encountered and read these books, touching upon physical and digital reading and physical and digital acquisitions.
