The BLU View 4 is one of Tracfone's latest entry-level smartphones to hit the market, with a full retail price of $30.
With advancements in the affordability of smartphone technologies over the past five years, there are some qualities about this phone that I believe make it a contender to consider. However, there are also many flaws with this phone that I discuss.
In addition, I go over some unique features of this phone in this video.
