Today's BOSS segment is a little different than others in that most of it isn't me playing guitar but rather some various other instruments (violin, banjo, cello, mandolin, etc...) on the keys, and since no one really wants to watch that I decided to make this a bit of a story with video instead. If you make it to the end it does wrap up with some guitar soloing (and a message for the critical thinkers amongst us with no actual commentary if you will), I hope you enjoy it. This one I honestly wasn't sure what to do with it, doesn't seem like a great fit for a jam track and a slideshow of muh own pictures didn't really seem like a great fit so I went with a BOSS segment and had some fun with it. Hope you do as well. Maybe we will see this one make a Sunday Live Jamz appearance, seems like a good fit for some nylon string guitars right.
Other than the ending segment of me playing the rest of the video in this segment came from Pexels (all other video) and Pixabay (final image), by artists including but not limited to:
- Ria Sopala
- Kindel Media
- Pressmaster
- RODNAE Productions
- Vimeo
Many Thanks to all the artists and photographers/videographers that make their works publicly available to others in forums such as these that inspire other folks to create new content.
Something to think on... Why do Lawrence Rockefella, John Pod3sta, and Chester Bennington look like the same dude?
Tone and Tools and Stuffs:
Guitar was handled with the HB 335 model whatever that actual model is. Tone was Silver Dollar with tremolo active for the Rhythm guitar. Lead solos were handled with the Vox Stomplab IIg patch (36) with some tremolo added after the fact. All other instruments were played on the Akai APC 25 (banjo, mandolin, various strings, etc...) and why yes that was a freaking pan plute that touched your inner ear ever so gently about half way through, played it on the APC as well. I dig that tool, since I got I have totally neglected my triple play.
Legal Shit:
This one is 'original' but I swear it feels like something I have seen in a western or cowboy movie when I was a kid. YT doesn't flag it as anything other than original so good to go.
ACCETABLE USAGE:
This one is not a backing track so I ask that no one try to turn this one into a song, I have plans for this one for my own interests (DoobJoob Tune). If you would like to use this tune for a commercial project or feature film or whatever, I can be reached via this channels about feature.
