Don't use Nautika's Ult in the first 4 rounds, just keep generating Bloodtithe and do back to back Ult in rounds 5 and 6.

In this gameplay, my Nautika is P3 so I killed it with just 1 Ult, if your Nautika is lower portrait, then just do 1 Ult each in round 5 and 6.
