No, I don't think I will allow Richter the ruffian to rest in peace. He needs to show up in more games! ...Maybe not as a zombie, though this guy kind of more closely resembles Trevor. He also does not give you a boss medal for no damage clearing him. On the plus side, a side quest that asks you to kill him rewards you the bandit blade, which is one of my favorite weapons due to its special.
