A 100% list of all Weapon Techniques in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night. You do not have to find the bookshelves to learn these techniques, just inputting the command and executing the move should be enough. You can level a technique up by hitting enemies with it, and once a move is mastered, you can use it on other weapons as well (does not work for techniques that cannot be mastered).
