Once I smartened up (after, uhhh... 20 tries?) and equipped this ridiculous outfit with high Blood defense, he wasn't QUITE as bad. His Chikage katana is nasty, but it's his Repeating Pistol that you really need to look out for. That, and his near-constant usage of Quickening. I may get 23 Blood Vials to your 1, but that doesn't mean you should be able to have UNLIMITED Quicksilver Bullets! :P
