So, first off. I was wrong. Turns out by setting the grass and overall ground foliage of the game to be shadowcasting, this is what was making it move faster. Kyo was very helpful in narrowing that down. So, I'll be turning off the shadowcasting for all grass in the game, which matches the unmodded game in that one way. Just gotta go through the whole game multiple times to change that back. Hoping to put out patch 1.02 either tonight or tomorrow!
Also, Kyo fixed 60fps cloth physics and the updated 60fps patch is in the patch menu for shadps4. Huzzah!
