In Nightmare of Mensis, taking a left from the lantern, following the path to the castle and progressing through, the boss room is found after a long bridge and two rising mannequin enemies.
After defeating Micolash, Host of the Nightmare, the long bridge will rise and the Mergo's Loft Middle lantern will spawn.
