Video shows the best ending cutscene by unlocking Moon Presence boss in Bloodborne. First, you need to defeat Mergo's Wet Nurse, and this will unlock the gate at Hunter's Dream leading to Gehrman, the First Hunter. Next, you need to eat 3 Third Umbilical Cords and then talk to Gehrman. Make sure you "Refuse" his offer, which will trigger the start of the Gehrman boss fight. After defeating Gehrman, the Moon Presence will appear. Defeating Moon Presence will reveal the best ending in Bloodborne: the Doll carrying a slug.
