Glyph is ksgqnycq - a 3 layer FRC Pthumeru Ihyll.
It can fairly easily be run inside of 10 mins for the best heavy abyssal (strength scaling) gems in the game.
This video shows you the lever routes, boss kills and fastest method to finish this dungeon in the least amount of time possible. I'd probably suggest save scumming (backing up to a USB stick) before initiating the final boss fight, incase you don't get the gem you want... it'll save you re-running the entire dungeon again!
There are no triangle or waning Heavy Abyssal blood gems unless they drop out of shape (this boss is not found lower than layer 2 or Loran, and is not in Isz dungeons at all).
