This is an optional boss fight but it's worth it. You'll find A Call Beyond after you complete him. This can be a tough battle so I'd at least level up to 65 before attempting it. The real fight begins when he changes form at about 50% health. You can be one shotted with that laser attack so try to keep rolling and use cover.
