Poor Rom here took 4 tries. Since she only spawns her spider-minions at the beginning and after she teleports for the first time, I decided to wipe them out each time so I could more easily beat Rom to death with my Electrified Mace o' Doom (which just so happens to be extra-effective against EVERYTHING in this fight).
