Though I can thank lag for a couple of these visceral attacks... My bad lag-luck takes a temporary holiday...

I'm using a BL 88: 40/9/50/14/7/18 with a saw spear:

+65 STR scaling / 6% open foes
+65 STR scaling / 5.6% open foes
27.2% phys up

AR is around ~580
