It took me a long time to take down Ebrietas. Probably similar to Logarius, if not a bit more difficult. I tried three different methods: hugging her side (fastest but can be disorienting and you take a lot of random deaths), unlocked (I think this method only works for people with a lot of practice playing unlocked and I'm not one of those people), and finally in the winning run I just locked on to her chest and waited for head slams. No beast blood pellets, no lightning paper, just a boy, his saw cleaver and a hell of a lot of luck...
