It was a hard choice between featherweight and attuned leather pants, but in this meta & after the blood resistance changes to gems it's pretty much mandatory to go 150 dex, and the only way we can reach 350 150 150 is with attuned pants. Featherweight is a viable option too but it would mean dropping to 100 con which even with more armor value made me feel squishier in some scenarios
