Since Fresh Supply was released, achievements were added to Blood, one of which concerns completing The Haunting level in 40 seconds. Sounds daunting, but it really isn't as long as you brought the Jump Boots power-up.
1. Go up the stairs at the end of your starting point and activate your jump boots when you approach the house. Leap onto the hedge on the right, from there hop in the window and snag the Moon key.
2. Go back out the window, leap over the hedge on the left of the house and go through the tunnel, making for the Moon door on the left when you reach the building.
3. Use Dynamite or the Napalm Launcher to blow a hole in the top left corner of the pool and swim through the new tunnel.
4. When you emerge on the other side, blow up the TNT barrels at the end of the passage and go left to hit the exit switch.
Remember, you can do this on any difficulty, and I'm sure you can manage it much faster than this video. Hope it helped!
