Over on Twitch I like to take LIVE song requests! Sometimes I know the music, a lot of the time I don't :'D
Here's an example of me doing what's commonly referred to as a "live learn" in the Twitch music community. This involves sightreading from sheet music and/or playing something by ear for the first time. For this track, it was a combination of both :) I cut out about 5 minutes of me listening to the track, playing, and rambling a bit, but starting at 1:13 I got a pretty good complete take.

The One Who Bares Fangs at God from the Xenogears OST, by Yasunori Mitsuda, played on solo piano.
This one is....weird, but magical! I thought it would be a cool experiment to layer multiple tracks, exactly like how the piece goes on with more and more parts gradually added. Initially, it sounded like a bit of a mess, but my friend Mustin (who has been making vgm covers for like FOREVER) came to the rescue! He did some magic and made each of the tracks sound a little more distinct from each other. So put on good headphones (the pan effect also helps them sound clearer)!
