COMPETITION DETAILS!!
The competition is for young adults between 14 and 18. To win they will need to complete a 'work-in-progress' song, which you can listen to over at www.rocknrolldiaries.com.
Entries will be judged by
Danny O’Donoghue,
Mark Sheehan,
Jamie Scallion
and the National Literacy Trust
as well as guest judges from the music world such as Capital Radio’s Dave Berry.
Every book on the rock n roll diaries series comes with it's own EP of music by the band from the books, The RockAteers. The EPs are available on spotify here. The winner of our competition will record the final version of the 'work in progress' song, and that song will feature of the EP for the fourth book, The Rock ‘n’ Roll Diaries: Owning It. They will record the song with Scallion and members of The Script in London’s legendary Dean Street recording studios. They will also receive a music industry immersion day, seeing all sides of the business with the help of 'those on the inside'.
