Made a fun proximity run down the north ridge of Blotgett Canyon in the Bitterroot Valley. Scouted this location in Google Earth, and then went looking for an open place to launch and land with clear LoS to the entrance of the canyon. Found a spot a few miles out, but weather was bad for weeks. Finally got a rare warm day in early January with no low clouds and went for it, a little before sunset. Wind was light at ground level, but blow 25-35mph over the mountains and down the valley so was a little bumpy. Best I could do in one take.
