Chinese internet users have seen posts referring to the country’s #MeToo movement disappear from WeChat, Weibo, and other popular social networks.

In the face of state censorship, a Chinese activist turned to the Ethereum blockchain. Any and every information on the Ethereum blockchain is immutable. The Chinese Government could ban the site, but blockchain will always have those records which can be directed to another site.
