2 oz Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
1 cup vanilla ice cream
2 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz blueberry simple syrup
Frosting and shaved coconut, for rimming

Rim glass with frosting and coconut flakes. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour into your prepared glass and enjoy!
