Blizzard released the second PTR update for the new StarCraft 2 balance patch, and they have responded to community feedback in a major way. The Ghost has been nerfed as it's damage dropped from 20 to 15 and movement speed reduced. The Warpgate Research has been reverted back to the Cyber Core. Zerg has been buffed early game especially with faster Larva spawns, cheaper Queens, and faster Overlords. Plus a number of major bug fixes including the Changeling damage bug and the Microbial Shroud effectless upgrade.
