In version 15.5 of The Battle Cats, we get to see the addition of the Pac-Man collaboration. In this video, I go over the two meatshield units added to this collab, Blinky Cat and Inky Cat to see if they can provide a unique use case, or if they are just extra meatshields for Labyrinth.
