This is my seawing oc coast! Now take the lore:
She was struck by lightning while flying, when she washed ashore on an island she realized that her bioluminescent scales were now constantly glowing, and the worst part was that her eyes also became bioluminescent. Her eyes were so bright that if any dragon stares into them they become blind for a short while. Because of this she wears a mask over her eyes :]
