I'd like to show a video of some Blepharisma musculus.
They are purple colored (similar to Stentor igneus) ciliates
found between Sphagnum under the ice of a small lake.
Made using a Zeiss Standard 18 microscope; Planapo 25/0.65; Kpl 20x; DSLR.
Illumination: Asymmetric Col with blue or gray background.
I've described it here: http://www.photomacrography1.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4099&highlight=
Your comments are welcome. Thanks a lot for all the feedback to my works here. :-)
