A new episode of Blender and 3D printing - Precisions Modeling with Blender.

In this first part we will discuss the basic ways of working with the object's origin and the 3D cursor. In addition to the basic working methodology, I would like to highlight additional options for precision modeling with Blender. Working with the 3D cursor and the origin are the main tools for modelling that we need to know, to easily and fast create 3D models for 3D printing with Blender.

45 - What is the origin
36 - Global coordinates in transform section properties panel
15 - Change the origin using the 3D cursor
40 - Origin and active element, used for rotation
20 - Set the origin to various model parts
50 - Use the origin for translation
00 - Exact movement along an axis
00 - Exact movement and numeric input, use the shortcuts
40 - Use the grid for precise movement of modelparts
50 - Use measuring for precise modelling
50 - Use measuring for to st the correct angle
00 - Use 3D cursor to position vertices (also edges, faces)
00 - Origin and modifier, for example the mirror modifier
20 - Origin operations on multiple objects
00 - Rotate precisely and use pivot point settings
