In this video I use the Blender model from the previous part in Blender 2.90a and do a simple Smart UV Project to Unwrap it. Then I export it as FBX with the 2 materials assigned and import into Substance Painter.

In Substance Painter the materials are recognized and for each one a texture set is created. I use these texture sets to assign smart materials.

This seems to be a good way for texturing, but the problem is, that you end up with 2 materials, also in the game engine later in that you use your model.

This is why I show in the next part how to UV unwrap the model manually and then create one material (texture set) in Substance Painter, which is better for Performance in easier to handle in gae engines.
