In this Blender 2.9 tutorial I show how to export the high and low poly meshes that were created with multires sculpting. The exported FBX files I import to Substance Painter, bake the mesh maps and do an auto uv unwrapping in Substance Painter. After that I apply a smart leather material for texturing the model.
