Here is a new video tutorial for my free Blender 2.8 and 2.9 addon JMesh Tools and the new features I added. Now you can center primitives by ctrl left clicking the gizmos's arrows and you can center to faces when you click the center of the gizmo.
Another feature is that yu can use the addon in Edit mode now. Then you can select a face, edge or vertex and draw a primitive shape centered to the active part.
