Everyone calls this either Starks Death theme or Aizens defeat theme, seemingly forgetting that it played in the Bount arc first (or if they skipped filler, it was also used for Orihime's scenes in the early Arrancar arc where her resolve gets tested). But I guess the latter two scenes were more notable (even if Aizens defeat happened in the previous episode!)
This was also semi-reused in the NGE Rebuild movies as 'theme du concerto 494'. Its a pity it did not get an official title there either.
