I dont think BL_60 ever got a proper nickname in the fandom, but this 5th anniversary track was one of the few that received an overhaul for the 4th movie/Clone filler arc period. Yet this was only used once, in episode 336 when Kon tried to save Nozomi and Urahara was fighting his own clone.
