If this shot hit a person then The Phantom Menace would've been 18+ rating ;)

This B1 battle droid was cut in half by a blaster bolt with enough momentum to launch the droids entire torso up into the air! This depicts an impact much more violent than what we'd expect from a heavy 50 cal BMG, which could also 'blow a person in half' or cut off a limb, but not with enough force to scatter body parts over such a distance.
