Update: Welp the devs for some reason decided to make using The Thirst have an extra step now by preventing you from consuming a bile flask while at full health. So you can't just deplete them all at once before the boss. But you can fall then heal over and over in the area where the prie dieu before the boss is to get rid of all your bile flasks that way.
Prayer used: Seguiriya to the Memory of your Eyes
Favours used: The Traitor, Cástula, The Scribe, The Anointed One, The Purified One, The Selfless Father, Tirso, The Thirst
Definitely the easiest way to get this trophy/achievement. Make sure to deplete all your Bile Flasks before the fight so you get that massive 20% dmg buff. Your attack pattern should be to stop time, hit him 3-4 times, dodge if necessary, hit him 1-2 times, stop time again, and repeat earlier steps. Really that simple.
