i had a large iced coffee while finishing this so im literally shaking writing the description, this is why i rarely have heavily caffinated beverages
okay so this map part was FUN like so fun to make i just loved the colors and the shading and backgrounds aarghghgh i love drawing the bungo stray dogs characters too
Kyouka and Akutagawa are some of my favorites to draw, if you look through my sketchbook literally every page has either one of them. they’re also two of my favorite characters so i guess that makes sense lol. though Akutagawa looked a little boring this map part cause his color scheme is all black with a little white which is just so hard for palette maps (i clearly didnt learn my lesson from revolution, and honestly i never will prepare yourselves for more map parts with Akutagawa in them)
anyways Kyouka is like an amazing character and when i first heard this song for the map call i immediately thought of her. the two first shots i knew right away what i was going to do but it was really hard to come up with the last shots, eventually i settled for Akutagawa on the phone ordering Demon Snow to kill some peeps and then showing Kyouka on the phone as Demon Snow appeared. I WISH PEOPLE TALKED ABOUT KYOUKA MORE like seriously!! i LOVE characters like Akutagawa, Chuuya, Dazai, etc. etc. but can we please talk about Kyouka more :’) shes a really cool character
also christmas is coming up soon so uh keep an eye out for a christmas special even though i actually do not know what im doing, though by the time this video is uploaded ill hopefully have something because i finished this map part and wrote this description a week from the day it is uploaded, so the day it has been uploaded should be two weeks from christmas?
oh yeah speaking of christmas i asked for a ton of bungo stray dogs stuff lmao :’)
