SlashCam goes YouTubing: Let's talk!
We have often been asked whether we could also make our tests available as commented YouTube videos. As we all know, tastes differ and not everyone has the time or inclination to read our often rather detailed camera tests. Yes, we also like to watch YouTube clips about camera technology and other things ...
We're still experimenting at the moment. This will almost certainly not be our final Youtubing format - but it is at least a start. And if we can offer users interested in cameras an alternative to our camera tests - all the better ...
We've recorded the clip in English because, on the one hand, you're pretty fit in English, in the world of film technology everything is usually in English anyway and we already address an international audience on our YouTube channel.
The information content is quite dense - the clip is primarily aimed at those who have not yet read our written Blackmagic Ursa Cine 12K Test: slashcam.de/artikel/Test/Blackmagic-Ursa-Cine-12K-in-der-Praxis--High-End-Cine-Kamera-mit-herausragenden-Faehigkeiten.html
We have inserted chapter markers in the YT clip - so if you are interested in certain aspects of the Ursa Cine 12K, you can quickly jump to the relevant content here. We will also continue to make our camera clips without commentary available if you prefer the camera footage only.
As we are currently preparing the editorial team for an upcoming move to a new HQ in Berlin we have not been able to devote as much time to the clip and audio track as we would have liked - but we think it's better to start than not to finish at all. We hope you enjoy new forms of presentation on slashCam and can overlook the one or other rough edge at the start :-)
So have fun now with our first Youtubing clip - please leave a like and/or subscribe to our channel to support our work.
