Recently I got a few episodes of the first promotion taped at Universal Studios, Eddie Mansfield's IWF. This is a pretty fun little promotion that features Kevin Kelly on commentary/interviews. I'm not sure about using Blackjack Mulligan as your 'World' Champion in 1992 but they did it.
