The Cornell Lab All About Birds guide allaboutbirds.org/guide/Black-capped_Chickadee/lifehistory for the Black-capped Chickadees Nesting page states that they have a clutch size of 1-13 eggs (ours was 6 eggs), an incubation period of 12-13 days (ours was 14-15 days), and a nestling period of 12-16 days (ours was 19)
