Trying to figure out what's wrong with my new QAV-XS frame with DYS F4 FC + DYS 4in1 30A ESC + EMAX 2206/2400Kv motors and DAL Cyclone 5046x3 props. Everything is brand new. I've run through two different sets of ESCs, 3 sets of of motors, 3 different types of props, and two different Betaflight version (3.1.6 and 3.20 and they all behave the same. I get obnoxious low amplitude shaking which you can see is *caused* by random pulsing of the motors by the FC. My sampling rate is too low to see what's going on with the raw gyro traces (my mistake), but there doesn't appear to be any noise from the gyros at the frequency that the PID loops are responding. It feels like Betaflight's LPF and notch filters are just doing nothing and it's feeding back on itself.
The quad *handles* like it's on rails, and I can't see the shaking the flight camera view so nothing I do in the field has any visible effect. Only when I get home and see a card full of really crappy HD video do I know the problem persists.
