Maru did a great job on Blackbolt's sprites, but over time his size started to bother me next to other characters, so we did a manual resize of the sprites here to make him more imposing.
It's difficult to be faithful to the comics with a character who can destroy a planet with a whisper, but he got a slight buff to the damage of his attacks, in addition to the new anti-air that allows for some combo possibilities.
