When BT first started reading The Black Books, along with Edward and Gwydion who were already veterans, to add a certain extra “BT” somethin’ he opened by putting Tarot and other cards up on the screen, along with the Rune which all three hosts were putting up at that time. This eventually became more of a musical thing, and then he compiled the first 20 such musical tarot card intros into this video: youtube.com/watch?v=-ggKAwKATRI
A relatively short while later, we finished The Black Books and, as we were planning to replace The Black Books with Avalon’s “The Serpent Power” it was clear the musical tarot card intros were much more of a Black Books specific thing, and wouldn’t fit with “The Serpent Power” all that well. As a result, we have this follow-up compilation to “The First 20,” namely, “The Last 4.”
